Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.
Because our products ship directly from our trusted supplier warehouses, items within the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 10–20 business days
- International: 10–30 business days

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
The Cozy Reset is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier and supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
